Step 1​ :

We will start with a ​literature search ​using tools such as the 17 Sustainable Development Objectives or the materiality matrix. To do this, we have specialised internal databases or external tools such as Statista or Orbis.

Step 2​ :

We will continue by carrying out a ​stakeholder analysis ​of​ ​their level of sensitivity to CSR. To do this, we will organise focus groups and individual in-depth interviews with the different stakeholders in relation to this analysis.

Step 3 :
