Step 1 :
We will start with a literature search using tools such as the 17 Sustainable Development Objectives or the materiality matrix. To do this, we have specialised internal databases or external tools such as Statista or Orbis.
Step 2 :
We will continue by carrying out a stakeholder analysis of their level of sensitivity to CSR. To do this, we will organise focus groups and individual in-depth interviews with the different stakeholders in relation to this analysis.
Step 3 :
We will finish by writing a summary of this diagnosis, which will then take the form of your company’s CSR report. This report will enable you to communicate internally and externally on your organisation’s situation in terms of social responsibility.
